The actual rooms are in decent shape but the building is a wreck. Old and outdated. Stuff falling off the walls. Pool out of service and it doesn’t say it on the website. Wouldn’t stay there again.

There were no issues except that the room was a little chilly. Teice I turned on the heat but it shut off automatically after a while. I didnt go a third time because it was almost time to wake up from my short sleep. The gentleman who checked me out was very courteous and pleasant. The interaction was short but it stood out.Thank you sir.

The hotel itself was in an area that was super sketchy. Several homeless people were wondering around the property at various times. The tub in the room was horribly resurfaced and it had an old basement smell. The wallpaper was held up by tape on the 4th floor. The employees were super friendly and helpful though.

One of the desk staff had a kitten that she'd rescued. She was holding it while she and the other employees worked. Cute, but so unprofessional. The next morning, the airport shuttle driver had decided he didn't feel well, so I had to take another ride share to HOU. That was the whole reason I stayed overnight before an early flight! No backup driver? Overall, it was clean, but the property needs a refresh.

The rooms are very unkempt. The wallpaper was lifting. There are weird plugs leading to weird outlets. The deposit is $100 and they don’t offer food or bar service. The water doesn’t get hot so be ready for a cold shower. I picked this hotel because it was next to the airport but I definitely regret it. I placed chairs in front of the door because I was afraid. When I woke up, housekeepers were at the door at 7am asking what time I was checking out. I said that I’d leave at 11:00am. Got downstairs and the shuttle wasn’t available. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Strange smell in the halls but overall was a pleasant stay. Only needed some sleep before flight. Price was fair for what I need the stay for. Shuttle got me to airport on time and driver was super sweet
