Dirty, worn room. Faeces on bathroom walls and hairs on mattress. Floor dirty/dusty. Coffee maker in room not fit for use; producing foul contaminated water. Curtains ripped with holes. Smell of marijuana throughout corridors. Staff very unfriendly, even heard arguing behind reception desk. Didn’t raise their heads or look at us during check in. Felt very unwelcome. Staff also Unprofessionally dressed and smoking outside front entrance. Pool area was a joke. Few broken chairs / loungers. Drug paraphernalia strewn around floor. Pool water dirty with flies / debris. No restaurant available for evening meal, even though advertised. Coffee machine out of order. Unavailable food advertised on lift posters. Very very minimalist breakfast. Help yourself to polystyrene plates and plastic cutlery!! Expected to eat breakfast on dirty tables which haven’t been cleaned since being used by guests to eat takeaway the night before. Was so bad we left a day early. Worst hotel ever stayed in!!! Please avoid at all costs.

It doesnt have a mircowave in the room no lock box. The gym is missing weights and dirty. The staff is dress unprofessional and barely anyone at the front desk. There free wifi is horrible. There free breakfast is basc frozen food you can get at the supermarket. This is only good if your here for a short stay for business not vacation

The photos on Expedia are a fraud. Once you enter the lobby of the hotel, the furniture it dirty, stained, old with peeling leather, slashes, and holes. Upon entering the room, it has an old stale smell. The bathtub looks like the tried to repaint it several times and the towel rack had so much rust, it was discolored. This place is a whole facade. Lastly, it says it offers shuttle service which it did not. I had to order an uber to and from the airport

We were here for 7 days out of them days came in our room 1 time , just emptied trash and towels that’s it never changed or made bed never swept floors , complained everyday but nothing happen first 5 days TV wouldn’t work .I called the GM but nothing she never returned my call , I would never stay at this property again .

Staff was ok. They do not run a shuttle all day. Room was gross. Walls were falling apart under window, shower had used bandages stuck to ceiling. Room only had 3 towels because of a shortage? Food delivery was left sitting out in lobby. Fire alarms were going off all day into the evening. They did not have a restaurant onsite like stated on the website. We arrived on Thursday and were scheduled to check out on Monday, we left on Friday.

We arrived from out of town traveling for my daughter for NCA. They gave our room away although we already paid for our room. The front desk receptionist was “nice enough” to make changes to other reservations so that we can have a room. I didn’t feel that should have had to happen or even been mentioned to me if we already paid for our room. I was not happy in that moment of panic thinking me and my daughter would not have a place to stay. NCA weekend was booked and busy. On day 2 the only room service we received were new towels and trash taken out. Bed was not changed, made up or anything else.

The bed was warped, I requested assistance to resolve the issue at 9:30 am, checked in around 1:00 pm, then when I returned after my event. The customer service representative stated he was unaware of the issue since the previous employee didn’t mention anything or notated my room. He also wasn’t able to switch me to another room because they didn’t have a room available. I was left sleeping in a warped bed for two days. I could have chosen to get another hotel but I was only in town for the weekend. The shower didn’t drain right, there was rust on the towel rack stand, and the toilet seat was peeling. All those other things I didn’t care too much for but the bed issue was a big one. I would have loved to wake up with no back aches and have had a good nights rest.

The room was very nice and the staff was excellent. Very friendly the hotel was clean breakfast was nice and coffee was hot and fresh. If i stay in Houston again it will be here. The only thing I see that can be improved is the shuttle from the airport. I had to call to get them to pick me up. Needs to be put on website for customers to call ahead of flight.

There was literally one person on staff at all times and the lines for questions were long. We had no tv for our entire stay and they tried to fix it. It was noisy. There was no one cleaning the rooms unless requested to do so and even when requested they didn’t do it. The bathrooms felt old and neglected. The room size was beautiful. There’s a lot of potential to this hotel but wouldn’t reccomend in the state it’s in. I said excuse me about 12 times to a room attendant and she completely ignored me.
