I didn’t even stay one night. I have a small SUV and there was no available parking. This property is located at the end of a small driveway behind another home. It is located in an older neighborhood and left no options for parking in the street. I tried texting the contract the next morning as it was past the cancellation window and never heard back. I ended up booking a Hotel as my sister and I were in town for my father’s surgery

It’s a small unit. There are like 4 units in one area. It’s a tight fit. Parking is difficult- you will get trapped in. Overall the unit wasn’t too bad. It’s an older somewhat remodeled place. The unit needs some repair. The fan in the main guest rooms is noisy and in disrepair. The living room light doesn’t work and a few other things. Chick in and out was a little difficult as the host doesn’t communicate much but will answer after a couple of hours. He seemed like a kind person. The unit is not in the best of neighborhoods- but you get what you pay for.

This is an okay spot, and we had an okay experience. There was a bit of a mess-up on the host's end, as they had doubke booked the place. We were eventually able to check in a day late. The host took responsibility for their miatake and reimbursed us for the first night, as we had to get a hotel room. As a host myself, I strongly urged the host to use a property management system to synchronize their calendar automatically and avoid these situations in the future. As for the property itself - it has all you need in terms of the kitchen, washer and dryer, and bedrooms and bathroom. There were some minor issues like a light that was out. It is rather noisy, with trains running all the time, and any activity from the the unit above is heard down below unfortunately. Parking is okay, but the host should mark the appropriate parking spot for each unit, we were parked in a few of the days and needed to knock on some doors to be able to.leave. Ovwrall, we had a decent experience. If the issues above are adressed by the host, I would recommend this place as a budget-friendly option for anyone visiting Houston. Thanks for hostimg us!
