Beware of auto theft!!!
Beware!!! On the second day my truck was broken into. I worked nights so it was 11:30 in the morning hour. Broad daylight. It’s a nice facility, relatively new. Great lighting and apparent cameras. Clean room. Mostly permanent residents. Feels like government housing. If you’re a working person with tools keep away!!! Someone is waiting and watching. I told the manager under the circumstances I would have to cut my trip short. She still refused to cancel my stay and charged me the full amount. Stating no refunds. I thought I was going to save some money because of the decent nightly rate. Wrong! Ended up over a thousand with repairs and theft of tools. Unfortunate all the way around. Stay clear of this place unless you’re part of the tribe. Outsiders beware. Someone’s looking to take advantage of you. Seriously.

As we can tell, your reservation was from December 26th- January 2nd. You reported the vehicle damage on the staff on December 31st and a request was made that day to review security cameras. Unfortunately, due to the holidays, there was no one available to review. Your request to check out was on January 1st at 9pm and you were successfully checked out and receipt was given to you. There was no refund to be given because you were scheduled to leave that morning. I have shared your feedback with upper management to better handle these types of situations differently in future. Feedback from our guests on their experiences is what we use to further our constant improvement. Again, thank you for your time and valuable feedback. We truly hope you will give us another opportunity to properly host you in the future.

Just awful
Roaches in my room. 💩 stains on the sheets. I tried to ask for clean sheets but there is never anyone at the front desk. Working girls in front of the hotel. I stayed for a week and when I asked for clean towels on day 3, I was told to bring my old towels down to the front desk and there would be a $10 charge. I have never slept on such an uncomfortable mattress. If it weren’t for the roaches, I woukd have slept on the floor.

Most horrible experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. I came to spend the night for one night while I was displaced from my home and I arrived at 730pm. And it is now 9:36 pm and I have yet to be given a room. Another guest waited 4 hours for clean laundry. Definitely not my expectation of this place. Will never return or recommend.

We see via camera video feed your arrival to the property at 8:42pm and receiving assistance at 9:08pm. It is always our intentions to check guests in quickly and efficiently, but since we were away from the desk contending with other guest issues, we do have a sign asking that you dial 500 for assistance. We will be using your feedback to make improvements, so that we can provide exceptional experiences for our guest. The property was horrible. There was dog poop on the floor in the hallway two days in in row. The smell of marijuana was constantly in the air. The room had no full length mirror. Also, I believe this property houses displaced family because there were a lot of people just lounging around the property with bags of clothes and suitcases.

First of all, I do understand that it’s a low-budget hotel, so you get what you pay for. The only thing that makes this place an extended stay is the availability of stovetop burners and a full-size fridge. The internet is very weak. I stayed for four weeks and was working remotely in agony every day. I paid $20 for the internet and had a lot of issues. The staff is careless. I called them many times regarding the internet not working, and they stated they would contact support, but nobody reached out. Guests get only two rolls of toilet paper for their entire stay. No tissues. There was only one tiny soap bar in the bathroom. You only get your towels and linen replaced once every two weeks, or you pay $3 to replace them early. Supposedly, the rooms are cleaned every two weeks. My two-week anniversary was on a Saturday; I called for cleaning, and the guest service told me they don’t clean on Saturday; then I called on Monday, and they said the 3rd floor gets cleaned on Wednesdays; then I called on Wednesday they said they have to clean checkouts first, and that’s the last I heard from them. I stayed there for four weeks, and the room wasn’t cleaned once. The elevator always stinks because there are more dogs than people in the building, I mean giant dogs. The only positive thing is that parking was almost always available for me in front of the building. American consumers are the most ill-treated in the world; I wish people would leave honest reviews.

The water in the shower trickled out so the shower was not good. Otherwise the property in safe, clean and reasonably comfortable.

Very unsafe and dangerous for women traveling.
We got back from the concert about 1:30 AM on Friday. The parking lot was pretty full as to be expected driving around, trying to find his parking spot. We noticed a tall, dark man coming out of the shadows and waiting at one of the side entrance doors he continue to stand there for no reason whatsoever. It was very unsettling. There is no one at the front desk when we called for some assistance we then went to the opposite end of the hotel to get in safely. the doors were unlocked, making it accessible for anyone to walk into this hotel.. we were extremely scared, knowing full well, that man did not have any good intentions. Upon arriving in our room for the evening we noticed hairs in the shower hairs in our bed. The glasses were also not clean. I’m very disappointed with this as far as the hotel is concerned the safety measures in place are absolutely non existent. I’ve never stayed anywhere where there was not an attendant at the front desk during the night. Furthermore, entrances to the hotel should be locked and secured unless you have a card key.

Please understand we do have attendance on property 24 hours a day seven days a week. We just close the office at 10 PM. Also, we have a great working relationship with the local law-enforcement authorities, but I have shared your feedback with our area manager to try to better handle guest concerns of this nature.
