“The apartment itself was excellent - very comfortable with lots of space. Location was great with some excellent restaurants nearby. A place called Do Belo was our favourite and within 5 minutes walk. Staff were brilliant, but the check in process was a bit complicated as we arrived after 8pm. We had to go to the sister hotel to pick up our room keys before going to the hotel itself. “Property location very beautiful, calm and quiet. The description given is not accurate, beware it is 2 showers and 1 toilet. Not full 2 bathrooms as stated while it is ok when travelling with family, it was important for us when travelling with friends to have a separate full bathroom. Rooms are so little, we couldn't put our small suitcase in. Bads - not Queen as advertised, it is 2 single moved together, and they move apart as soon as you move. They don't supply any shampoo or shower gel,……

“I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me. I receive the room without cleaning and ful of insects. When I complain they didn't do anything only the security help me by changing the room”
