霍華德縣出租公寓

「Everything was just okay. No exceptional service except there were not sufficient mirrors as a girl that went with all females for a trip. Host resulted to bringing an extra mirror but it never arrived」

「Beautiful surroundings and comfortable living space. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!」

「This was a cute little basement apartment. It had a living room, small kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The location was super close to the convention center, and not far from other attractions. Nice enough neighborhood, with small cafe's and restaurants.」

「Wonderful trip! Ed was an excellent host and very attentive to our asks. Thank you」

「A wonderful place to stay while visiting my son in DC. Clean, comfortable bed and an excellent gym. The host was extremely helpful and responsive.Only comment worth noting is that the bathroom shower has peeling paint all round it. I had to move out of a moldy house due to health issues, so I share this in case anyone is immune compromised. Thankfully I didn't experience any issues as a result of this water damage. Hopefully the host will make the repair.Overall, it is a great place and I...

「A little tough to find」

「Property managers never returned calls. Never returned messages or provided check-in instructions. When we arrived at night with my son, they still did not answer and then, after 25 calls, they answered and said it was canceled that morning. We booked one month out and we were confirmed. I travel all the time. Worst experience of my life with any business, especially a “hospitality” business.」

「The apartment was spacious and quite well equipped. The host was very responsive,」

「This was the perfect place to stay while we were in DC for the week! Easy to get to many of our destinations, and in a beautiful neighborhood with lots of great restaurants and shops. Very convenient. The space itself was stylish and modern, and the bed slept very comfortably. Many nice touches to make it an ideal spot to relax after days spent in the city. It had everything we needed. Tianni was a wonderful host, and we would definitely stay here again!」

「Clean, comfortable unit. Really nice to have dedicated parking place.」

「The price was reasonable The property was very clean the staff was very friendly and professional」

「Pillowcases seemed clean but were stained. Door to bedroom is glass and the translucent privacy screen covers about 2ft from elbow height on up so does not actually provide any privacy. The bed is very sloped so you fall into the middle of it, hard to sleep two. The night we arrived the bar next door or maybe a nearby house started a metal show at 11pm. Fine to crash for a night or two if it's all you can find but not super comfortable.」

「Great property and convenient to public transportation.」

「The location was perfect for Metro use & access to Trader Joe’s. Property is best suited for able bodied people as the apartment is in the lower level & stairs to enter are tight. We were fine, but it is something to note.We encountered a few issues with a 10 day stay. Some basic supplies (not enough paper towels, no tissues, no additional trash bags, limited soap, linens) were not adequate. Property manager supported access to additional linens. Note that there is no washer/dryer. One ac split...

「We had such a wonderful stay! The place was very cozy, clean, and located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. We felt comfortable from the moment we arrived, and I really appreciated how attentive Mr. Jon was in checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.」
