“This hotel was way more than I expected it to be. The room was comfortable. The staff was helpful with what we needed. It was in a great location l. Everything you needed was less than a ten minute drive away. If I would give a con about the place would be that the water pressure was low and the water could have been hotter otherwise it was a great stay.”

“I stayed for five days. The room was not cleaned until I requested my hotel room to be cleaned. Each day I asked for clean towels the dirty towels piled up until the room was cleaned and trash backed up in the room. The staff had no name tags so you never knew who you were talking with. All the staff did was make empty promises and apologizes. I booked thru Expedia although I do have an honors account. I was highly disappointed with my stay.”

“Nice room. That is, the breakfast time will start at 6: 30. I wanted to have a good breakfast at 6: 00 and go to the airport.”

“We had a blast in the outdoor pool with the surf bar and inside with the hot tub and indoor pool. Pickleball was a blast”

“Beautiful location. It’s in the heart of Columbia but tucked away perfectly for a nice retreat. Right by a nice trail. The view of the lake is breathtaking. Pool closes kind of early so make sure you pay attention to the time. Restaurant was worth every penny. Beds were nice. Loved the personalized touch with the tv having my name on it.”

“Overall: For the sake of your physical and mental well-being, do NOT choose this hotel!! Reasons: Cleanliness： The bedsheets were filthy, covered in stains, and hadn't even been properly fitted — the exposed parts of the mattress were covered in black grime. Overall cleanliness was severely lacking. Facilities: The hotel's facilities were in terrible condition. As soon as we entered the room, we noticed the curtains were broken. We took a photo and informed the front desk, but they didn't……
