「The rooms are so elegant and comfortable, incredibly clean and comfortable beds. The bar area is nice, with a pool table and fireplace in one section. Pool and hot tub area really beautiful. The only downside is the wine options in the bar. This isn’t an inexpensive hotel, so the wine options should be better suited to the price tag of the rooms. The wine selection is poor, staff and everything else was fantastic!」

「I checked out after the first night due to bed bugs, no filer in the ac and it was full of mold and dirt, their breakfast is horrible and the pool was filled in. 」

「The menu was non existent…in fact told it didn’t start until 10. When said that didn’t make sense, was amended to oh yah guess 6:30am. Meanwhile people left.」

「Kaylee and Hattie were so kind a courteous during our stay, great staff. Justin the GM was off during our stay this time but we always enjoy seeing him when we stay in Big Spring, he is the best 🙌. Room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was great, really enjoyed the gluten free blue berry muffins they had! ☺️」

「I know what to reasonably expect for hotels at this price level and we are very disappointed. There is no amenity except one bar soap. There is a coffee maker but no coffee nor tea. The worst is the towels. They are very old. The we found the bed sheet has stain and the pillows smells. This is close to unacceptable.」

「Cabin was perfect! Quiet area, Warm inside when it was freezing temps outside ! Will be my first choice when I’m in the area ! Saved me hours of driving back n forth from home! 」

「Listing description stated 3 queen beds. There were only two. Owner did come add a cot like twin bed in the corner of a room to try and help. No washer or dryer. Says it will sleep 4 but that requires two grown men to sleep on a couch. As a business owner I try to get my guys into comfortable stays with commodities that make life easier outside of work. I failed on this one. Host was responsive. Should probably only be listed for 2-3 people. 」
