The property was convenient to all activities in Bethel and Newry. The hosts were very accommodating and permitted an early check-in, which we very much appreciated. "This house was wonderful! Family and friends were able to have a restful and rejuvenating ski weekend at this lovely location. We all spent the day skiing at Sunday River and then celebrating in the evening at the house. We’ve done trips to Sunday River before and found it was more fun to have a place where you could entertain and eat dinner at home. That way the kids were happy playing air hockey while the grown-ups were upstairs having a blast. The house is very clean and easy to navigate. The hosts were very responsive and kind. We are hopeful to do it again next year."

"The house was not in the condition shown in the pictures. It was dirty with rodent droppings near the pantry, there were dirty dog foo bowls in the kitchen and the plants were mostly dead. There are also trailers in the front yard that are not shown in the oictures."

"Enjoyed a great winter long weekend at Black Mountain with friends. Cabin is fantastic! Kitchen is well supplied, propane stove is instant coziness, and a Hot Tub after a day of skiing or being out in the cold just cannot be beat!"
