“The stay was lovely, and the property has a great location and vibe! There was a little confusion getting in, just because the listing doesn't make it look like there are 2 separate sructures (garage/hot tub/ large bedroom w/ mini bar up top and main house with kitchen/ pool table/ bedrooms/ living room down by the lake). However, the home itself is lovely, and in a prime location on the lake! Shower curtain and bath rugs up top weren't the cleanest, but the rest of the home was in great shape.……

“This property was absolutely perfect for our weekend stay. It is very aesthetically pleasing, and comfortable. The backyard is a perfect setting, with a fire pit right on the water. We sat out there and watched the big swans on the lake. The location was perfect. We attended the Michigan game and the travel to and from the stadium was short and no traffic. There were tons of places to eat that was close by. This property is at the top of my list of places to stay!!!”

“Pros - main areas mostly clean Nice neighborhood/location Nice washer/dryer/stove/refrigerator Cons - place is listed as “entire home” & the host rents out a small “treehouse” in backyard. Without disclosing in listing, Listing says private backyard Smart Thermostat doesn’t work correctly or host refused to take off remote settings. Most of our stay we were cold There are property managers & you’re asked to take their trash cans to the curb if you’re staying on a Sunday. Not a big deal,……

“We were in town for a family wedding in East Lansing with the reception at Crystal Gardens in Howell. Perfect property and location for out of town large families traveling to stay and relax for an event or reunion. 2 Bedrooms upstairs in the main house and 1 bedroom downstairs and 1 large bedroom with bunks with a full bathroom in the garage. The cousins enjoyed the game room in the garage - complete with ping-pong, table shuffle board, video game console, and wet bar. Hot Tub, Kayaks, and……

“Our teen girls group had a great time at this house. A fire pit, kayaks, and a large house to spread out in. We truly enjoyed ourselves. Pretty quiet area despite how close the houses are together. Owner texted back quickly with help when needed. Thank you :)”

“The hosts went above and beyond putting up a Christmas tree for our Christmas stay. The house was clean with plenty of space, and plenty of dishes and pots and pans. Our sleeping arrangements were a bit odd due to toddlers, but we made it work. Host was super responsive! FYI the coffee maker is a Keurig.”
