“Everything was average”

“This is serviced apartment with 24 hours reception. I prefer this than Airbnb because you can find staff any time if you have any questions. RIS Dalma collection apartment is located just beside Dalma garden mall which is the biggest mall in Yerevan. You can find food court, supermarket and currency exchange in the mall. We got a room on 11th floor which have a great view of the city. The room is equipped with full kitchen (oven, microwave, utensils etc.). We also booked the transportation……

Det svarte fullt ut til forventningene. Vertskapet er sjeldent vennlig og imøtekommende. Hver morgen ble det servert en solid og smakfull, tradisjonell armensk frokost. “Check-in was terrible. They forgot to send the instructions via WhatsApp, and my friends weren’t sure if it was a scam or not. They ended up walking around for an hour without internet. Eventually, they were able to contact the host with help from someone who had a nearby store, and she called the host for them. It was really frustrating for my friends.”

“I stayed here with my mom and we both loved it. It was central to everything we wanted to do and more. The rooms were clean and it was awesome to have the washer in unit. Communication with the company was very smooth as well. ”

“Hotel in good location, just a short distance from all sightseeing spots in the city. Excellent hospitality. Room is spacious and cosy. However, there was a hot water issue in the bathroom during our stay. Hot water supply in the family room was not steady and would go out very quickly after turning on for a minute or two. Could not be fixed during our stay even the hotel had looked into the problem. The wifi signal was weak in the bedroom area of the deluxe room.”

“Clean and big room, was disappointed when I was told I can not go to the spa in the evening of arrival only to realize the next day that bookings are private and I had a sauna and small pool all to myself for an hour. Good parking facilities and decent breakfast. ”
