A cozy beach front condominium,62 sqm., very romantic with panorama sea view on 15th floor situated in quiet surroundings next to The Regent Chalet Hotel on the beach in Cha-Am. Stunning panorama view from the room - Clean room - Right on the beach - nice and private - only 20 mins drive to Huahin and 10 mins to ChaAm.Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Taxi can be called in front of the condo.

You’ll love my place because of the views, the ambiance, and the location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).


This is a very tastefully decorated 15th storey unit with views over the sea and large communal pool.

Moreover,the condo is well managed, has a floodlit tennis court, fitness room. When you slide open the doors to the balcony you can easily see and hear the sea.

Our condo at "Sandy Beach condominium, next to tThe Regent Chalet Hotel on the beach in Cha-Am, Thailand. This rare opportunity is set in a tranquil, yet convenient location 2 ½ hour drive south of Bangkok and within easy reach of Hua Hin.Only 20 mins drive to Huahin and 10 mins to ChaAm

A car or scooter would be useful but taxis can be called.

-Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the property.
-Linens and bath towels are included in the unit.We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
-Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate, the property will be cleaned before checking in only. Daily cleaning services can be requested for an extra charge. Guests wishing to make use of this service will have to inform the property at least 1-3 days in advanced.
-Guests are required to provide the copy of your passport or ID upon check-in.
