Spa和環繞渡假村的泳池很不錯，櫃臺人員熱情但有時亦會提供到錯誤的資訊，在Amber餐廳吃了晚餐，是美味的，雖然後來肚子痛。

Love the sizes and varieties of the swimming pools. Receptionists are nice, professional and patient. It's a long weekend. Staff were very busy. Might be the reason why some staff were quite cool. In terms of hardware, it's a nice resort. According to our impressions, it lacked friendliness and smile. At the bakery (Siam Bakery), we waited for around 30 to 40 minutes for the food to be available. There were only 2 tables of guests (including us).

非常好，可以帶小孩在這邊玩整天沒有問題 但有一個嚴重的缺點 住在一樓隔音非常不好 最後幾天發現房間樓上都會蹦蹦蹦 原來是房務清潔時 門都直接甩上 所以我們每天在房間都會被嚇到 每天都有，非常的大聲 希望飯店能告知房務 整理房間時門請輕輕關上 不然一樓非常的吵

酒店位置很好，位于华欣市中心，去哪都方便。酒店无论服务质素还是硬件设施都堪称完美，尤其是园林式设计，处处绿色很养眼。我们一行五人玩得很开心，小朋友更加玩到不想走，因为儿童设施很多，如果你带小朋友来，这家酒店是不二之选。这是一家可以泡在里面整天不出门都不会闷的酒店。

good: nice room, nice bed, good restaurant, good breakfast, nice staffs provide mandarin service. not so good: the taxi service is a little expensive. I got a room very far from the main pool (a little too far if with my 3-yo and a 6-yo kid and other water toys).

Try the beach dinner
Very nice stay. There were quite a lot of people checking-in/ out when we arrived. Staff took the initiative to serve us with welcoming drinks. We got a free wedding cake for our honeymoon stay. They did not read our special request on Hotels.com though. We had the beach barbecue dinner with live show which definitely worth the good price. The only sad experience was we were not allowed to play around the slide in the pool area. Staff said it was for kids only but to me it was suitable for adults too.
