房間很有異國風情，很適合拍照，雖然設施稍舊但看得出來有用心維護。陽台上的按摩浴缸是很新奇的體驗，記得把陽台遮罩放下來。 員工都很親切熱心，手寫迎賓卡片，迎賓糕點令人印象深刻。 早上千萬不要錯過豐盛的早餐和海灘上的日出，烤肉串，甜點和小油條都很推薦。

The staff including the front desk and housekeeping should improve their English for better communication. The restaurant is very nice with stylish decoration. Bean bag seats nearby the bar are relaxing and enjoyable. Nice decoration in Morroco style.

非常不推薦的住房體驗 The unpleasant experience
以這個價錢來說，飯店所提供的服務是不匹配的。The price doesn't match with its service and facility. 首先我們進房時，房間裡瀰漫著刺鼻的香水味，房間的格局也非常奇怪，網站上說我的房是Garden view，事實上只是面對隔壁飯店的圍牆，後來給我們換了另一間房，還是有奇怪的味道，再帶我去看另一間房，但仍舊有味道，領我們入房的工作人員英文不好，無法為我解決問題，每到一間房我都得打電話到一樓櫃台告知我不滿意的原因，我帶著小孩，房間的味道讓我頭暈想吐，也擔心小孩無法接受，以一個收費比Hyatt要高的飯店，這樣的服務是很差的。 再來，飯店的電梯破舊，也不知道噴了甚麼奇怪的spray，電梯內昏暗、地毯髒，且電梯牆面有破洞，走廊也非常昏暗，泳池旁的草是人工草皮，廉價感非常重，飯店主打的房間陽台按摩浴池，也有點髒，房間內部有不少小地方並沒有維護得很好，一眼就看到髒處，床上有兩個紅色大抱枕，一躺上去就有一股霉味，我要求換一個，housekeeping很不解地問我why? 我說你聞聞吧, 他一聞了才理解, 但告訴我沒有新的, 只能給我其他小枕頭，可見這些枕頭並沒有定期更新清潔。 房間裡的wifi modem，設置在我們躺在床上就可以看到的水平視線處，我躺著時候就感到光一直在閃，這樣的設計真的是優良的嗎? 備品也非常的廉價，吹風機也沒有力，吹出來的風還有點冷，我隔天要求換一支稍微好一點，浴室的格局設計很差，竟是設計成開放式的，浴室的門外還沒有毛巾桿，你得打開整個門出來拿旁邊的浴巾，這不是很容易讓人感冒嗎? 早餐的餐廳，設計我就不評論，但是最基本的桌椅也是維護得極差，白色的桌面有著陳年的污漬，讓人食欲大減，我們住了兩天，第二天能吃的比第一天要少，以早餐提供的菜色種類，這個房價還是太黑心了。 落葉，泳池旁跟泳池內的落葉似乎沒人定期清理，來華欣的人大多是抱著度假心情來的，若沒有維持一個良好環境，住客體驗怎麼會好呢? 整體來說，這個飯店有一些自己的設計，服務人員態度也算良好，但是要收這樣的價格，就應該要有該有的軟硬體、服務跟品質，我不會推薦朋友去住這間飯店。

Dear Valued Guest, We thank you for spending your time to feedback on our facilities for further improvement and we are truly sorry that your stay was unpleasant. Please allow me to explain on some points of your complaints. Our hotel leading room type is called Jacuzzi Suite Garden View with the extra larger size of 55 sqm comparing to other five star hotels around the area with this price. The room faces our hotel walkway garden and because we are small cosy boutique hotel so we could not avoid to see the wall between us and the adjacent hotel. Also, the jacuzzi places on the balcony, it is highly possible to have small leaves on the windy day. The same reason with the swimming pool, even though, we have cleaning staff for the leaves four times a day. Our hotel aims at honeymooners and lovers so the lighting design are planned to be not so bright. The bathroom also is designed to be sexy bathroom style. For other of your comments, we definitely take into our improvement action. We again sincerely regret that our design does not go along with your personally taste. However, Hua Hin is such a romantic and peaceful city that we wish you will consider to revisit the place again in the future. Warmest regards, General Manager

海景酒店，設施看來很豪華 原想參加早上瑜伽班，可惜最後還是變了太極班，第二天都不上了 乘MINIVAN由曼谷到華欣，似乎當地人都不太知道位置,,,,花不少時間才找到，但酒店在BLUE PORT商場附近，很方便

可能我比較高要求，75分的酒店
華欣交通唔算非常之方便，這間酒店近BUS STATION，大約行10~15分鐘 隔離都暗24小時便利店，今次我選了JUZZ，係露台浸浴慼覺不錯.雖然有遮布，但都仲有一條隙有機會俾人睇到我無穿衣服，房間我自己不喜歡太多鏡，至少有十塊，但係舒適GE，當日落左一場大雨.最後停電，但酒店都無做D咩去補償 房間有一隻大蟑螂，工作人員都好快上黎.而且再幫我們清理房間，水煲有水潰令我覺得佢地唔細心

a little disappointed...
stayed in the cheapest room type, the jacuzzi room, yet was lucky enough to be assigned the one at the best location, 4/F with good view towards the apartment pool and partial seaview. comfy bed, nice balcony (though mainly facing Marrakesh apartments), good facilities inside the room, yet the bathroom area does require touch-up works... in general it's a 4-4.5 star guestroom. the big pool is for Marrakesh apartments, only a small one for Marrakesh resort and resort guests are banned from using the apartment one. pool water is unclear, their filtration might have broken down so there was a mobile pump doing filtration on the side the whole day. there's a bar abutting the beach that blocks the seaview from pool area, and the bar is not exclusively for resort guests, so, privacy is kinda low especially on Saturday. so far the pool is enjoyable in low season on weekdays. nice cocktails, foods are just so-so. staffs are friendly and helpful with big smiles. still worths the money spent in general.
