Mixed four-person room with spacious beds. The room also has a sink, bathroom, and toilet. A free buffet breakfast is provided in the morning. The overall environment is clean and has a great atmosphere. Excellent value for money — highly recommended!

Best location when arriving in Hualien, right by the train station and several car rental spots. Rooms are inexpensive, clean and the staff is very friendly. Would 100% go back

I like this "Home" very much. It's so 6C's which are Comfortable facilities, Convenience transportation, Creative decoration, Colorful design, Complimentary breakfast and most importantly Courtesy staffs especially Winson, Bure and Zoe. They are knowledgeable, friendly, speedy and great teamwork especially when u check in and any inquiries. Boss of Wow Hostel, please treat them well and raise their salary more

This was a surprise to me. While marketed as a hostel, they provided impeccable service. The staff were helpful and friendly; and the location is superb. It is directly opposite the Hualien Train Station (you can see the green building from the station, and vice-versa). Saves you the trouble of finding a taxi or alternative transport (which is helpful as it is difficult to get an Uber ride in Hualien). The overall bus station is also beside the train station (allowing for easy transfers to the inner parts of the city like the night market and Taroko Gorge). Great experience, will recommend. Booked a private room and it is equivalent to any self respecting hotel.

Overall, a wonderful stay. My private room was quiet with light housekeeping service, front desk staff very helpful, pre-trip responses to my messages on Expedia were answered quickly, nice property. Directly across from train and 1/2 block to bus station. Special thanks to Jodie for her great restaurant recommendations, Bure (& Jodie & other gal on evening shift) for helping me plan the rest of my vacation, to Bosh and Winson for a smooth check-in. Overall, I would give this property 4.2/5. I found it was a bit overpriced for a room in a hostel. Marks deducted as the room is quite small, bed configuration odd as the bed blocks the small window, a table to put my suitcase on top of would be nice, better lighting needed, more signage in English, could use an extra elevator (not an easy fix), and last...:thank you for the complimentary breakfast, but it would be nice if you could include some items for the North American or European clientele, such as hardboiled eggs, granola or muesli, milk with coffee, juice, etc. I feel this hotel caters more towards national tourists, and not international.

房間內有很重的潮濕味。早餐不要期待太多，只有吐司和果醬而已。飲品就茶包自己拿到飲水機泡。入住時，有聽到櫃檯給其他住客折抵卷讓他們可以到附近早餐店消費。（背包客房沒有）地點非常好，就在火車站旁邊。服務人員非常客氣。但下一次應該不會考慮了。
