The property is nice and clean. I would stay here again. However, we chose this property based on the hot tub and pool classification. There is NO HOT TUB as stated and the pool is tiny so if these things are important to you stay somewhere else. In addition, the parking isn't convenient and is full quite often.

Gym es una decepción
Excelente ubicacion, muy buen desayuno, variedad de postres, el cafe era fome (no me acostumbre a ese cafe), servicio de recepción muy amable, el punto bajo es la cama, no es firme, se mueve mucho con cualquier movimiento para acomodarse, la limpieza excelente, el punto muy-muy-muy bajo es el Gym, nada funciona, todo esta malo, solo las pesas sirven, 3 trotadoras malas, la Bicicleta estatica sin niveles de intensidad, la eliptica no se entiende.

Breves y excelentes vacaciones con lluvia
Todo estuvo impecable, el check in rápido, la habitación estuvo 30 min.antes; cómoda y limpia. Tuvimos un problema con el control del TV y se demoraron menos de 10 min.en enviar a una persona a arreglarlo, excelente atención del personal. Desayuno excelente! Gran amabilidad del personal de servicio, de la recepcion, del comedor. Nuestra estadía estuvo muy grata. Lo más probable es que volveremos a este hotel. Solo le falta piscina temperada.

En general una muy buena experiencia, solo que el aire acondicionado suena mucho creo que es un poco antiguo, como que las cañerías se escuchan con bastante ruido en las noches
