Great hotel in Huaraz

Everything was so nice. Convenient location and the staff is warm, welcoming and they always were there for us to help in anything we needed. Breakfast is well served! Maybe it was us getting used to the altitude but we just had little trouble sleeping on the bed.

The property was very clean and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The area where the hotel is located is not in the center of town, but is a short walk to many shops and restaurants. The staff to fulfill our requests. They helped us find a tour operator, which was fabulous! The only downside was that there was no heat in the rooms or the bathroom. It gets chilly at night at that elevation. It would have been nice to have some heat in the bathroom so you don't get too cold getting out of the shower.

Hôtel moderne et très agréable, bien situé.

Personnel adorable, ils font tout pour que vous vous sentiez le mieux possible avec chaleur et sourire permanent. L'hôtel est très propre, les chambres sont très agréables et modernes (comme la salle de bain) et la vue sur les glaciers est top! Un chauffage est donné sur demande mais nous l'avons pas utilisé car il fait bon dans la chambre.Bien situé, dans un environnement calme, à quelques minutes de la place centrale. Le petit déjeuner est très bien aussi. Nous recommandons ! Il aurait été bien qu'une bouilloire et un petit frigo soient présents dans la chambre par rapport au standing de l'hôtel.
