「Fantastic house for our family. Great neighborhood.」

「The house was in great shape and had plenty of room for us to move around, even when it rained. The kitchen is well-stocked (unlike many that we have stayed at) and the unit even had extra beach chairs that were in good shape (not rusted). The beach is very deep in this part of the island, which is the primary reason to have a beachfront home.」

「We enjoyed a week on the beach visiting with our girls who are at UNC. We appreciated accommodations that allowed our family dog to visit with the girls too. The gated deck and easy walkway to the beach were helpful to all. Everything was fresh and clean inside the home.」

「We had a wonderful time on Emerald Isle!!! My husband, cousins and their kids made great use of this home and the closeness to the beach. As any rental can go, we had a couple of hiccups but nothing that Kellie wasn’t able to help us with in a prompt amount of time. We would definitely come back to this beautiful beach home. 「very happy with the cleanliness of the home! golf cart was a great amenity for getting back and forth to the beach. elevator was great for getting large luggage and coolers into the home. the pool was just another added bonus. property manager was quick in response to the grill propane tank being low. 10/10 recommend!」

「Our family had a lovely summer stay at just a fluke. This is a really comfortable, homey rental that has all the feels from your grandfathers vacay home! it seems to be a little challenging to find affordable accommodations for a family of 7 that includes our large dog and toddler grandson, this home fit the bill. The location couldn’t be better—about halfway between downtown Emerald Isle and Atlantic Beach, with the beach literally just steps away, and it’s a gorgeous stretch of sand. We enjoyed the pool, the beach is less than a five minute walk and it’s a super quiet neighborhood. We were very comfortable all week and loved watching fish jump in the water behind us and hearing all the birds above. A peaceful and perfect week for this family in a great little house 」
