“Overall the best thing about this property is the STAFF!! from day 1, they were helpful,kind ,friendly.all you have to do is ask and they will do the very best to accommodate.
2nd. The view and distance from the beach is perfect!.
3rd. This is not best hotel BUT, for the price and experience of the beach and again the STAFF , it is great.
Some are to critical to judge rooms with minor issues. Be fair in the judgement and welcome yourself to a nice quiet small hotel with a great view and……
“The condo is older but well maintained. We were a family of 6 and stayed comfortably in our 2 bedroom unit. Rooms were clean and beds comfy. Loved the screened in deck overlooking the marsh. Having teenagers, the location was great being a short walk to the beach and Garden City pier. Also, loved that the boys could fish off the private Seawatch boardwalk. We'll definitely stay there again and recommend to friends.

“We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel.
The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny
But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)”

“We stayed in a small 1 BD cottage. Although small, it had everything we needed. We loved the front porch with rocking chairs. The pool at the inn is exceptionally clean and the beach and boardwalk are within 5 minutes of walking. They even provided us with umbrella, chair and beach toys. Would stay again.”
“Loved the view of the river and having an open balcony to sit outside. Room was ready well before checkin. Hotel was extremely clean and spacious. Pool was very nice having indoor and outdoor. Beds were very comfortable. ”
