“The establishment was closed when I arrived around 10:00pm from completing the Hai Van pass. I had to ask the neighbours to call the proprietor and let me into my room. The room was dingy, had no toilet paper, no blankets, no drinkable water, and looked disreputable to the extent that I suspected bed bugs. The exterior photo is completely false and the interior photos are extremely misleading.”

“I read so many reviews that exaggerated cleanliness and I thought maybe they were purchased, but no, this was the CLEANEST room I've stayed in. No exaggeration, this place is spotless. I loved staying here and felt so comfortable thanks to the state of the room. The layout was spacious and open, there is a private balcony that leads to the fire escape, and the AC worked wonderfully. No shoes allowed in the building, which helps keep it germ free.
