“The listing dies not come close to matching. Listing says "sleeps 3" but there is only a queen size bed and we had to purchade an air mattress. Host states "just reach out if you need anything!" We tried to reach out on five different occassion, never got any responses! TV for location states "smart tv" it is not it is only ROKU. States "parking available" only if you can manage to squeeze in to driveway next to the hosts vehicle. Location does not come close to what is advertisec!”

“This was a lovely place to stay with a wonderful host. We enjoyed the private entrance and easy parking. The home was immaculate and had everything we needed for our stay. It was quick and easy to get to The Woodlands shopping/dining area. The neighborhood was nice to walk in also. ”

“Access was easy, but there is no futon in the unit. It is (1) bed and (1) couch with an autumn that made the couch more “bed like”. My friend had a rough nights sleep.”

“The Woodland is a beautiful apartment complex with walking trails and a gorgeous pool. Very quiet and felt safe. Daily trash pickup was nice. TV channel selection was good with good WIFI. Our only issue was with the unit itself. It was clean but the kitchen has the BAREST of essentials, bathrooms dated and not attractive (ugly shower curtains, old fixtures, no stopper for drain in tub) furniture is worn and outdated. Could feel the springs in the mattress and none of us could find a good……

“All was good except did know a parking sticker was needed. Resulted in a 321 tow bill”
