Amazing apartment and Host

Couldn't have asked for a more amazing experience. The view of the harbor is beautiful, the apartment is spacious and clean, but my favorite part I must say was definitely Javier. I've never felt more welcomed by anyone else. He communicated with me throughout my whole time there, gave me amazing recommendations and was very helpful at just a call or text away. Javier thank you for your time, patience and hospitality! I'll be back soon!

Exquisite penthouse, loved it !!!

Beautiful property Amazing view, ground kept well. property had everything I needed it was a home away from home, Super Spacious, when I booked I was afraid as a single parent with a child to vacation to an unknown place but after speaking with the owner who was extremely helpful and friendly. He Responded to all my concern in a timely matter and that was comforting. I had originally booked myself and my child and had a last-minute booking change when I expressed to the owner my situation he told me not to worry and enjoy “Palmas” my vacation, and allowed me to make the change that was so sweet of him and his family. The owner gave great directions to local shops and great places to eat, the best arepa the Coco with mahi-mahi@La Pescadería. The morning view was amazing from either balcony just breathtaking I definitely would recommend this property anyone thank you for allowing me to visit your property “home” and this amazing island. Will definitely be back next year!!! Thank you!

Beautiful Sunrise Every Day

Although several properties in Palmas Del Mar still need work from Maria, this property has new windows and doors and met our expectations. Palmas Del Mar is nice and has several amenities. A hidden gem is a small hidden beach on the property just off the end of the main road...great for sunrises and mid-morning sunbathing and snorkeling on calm days. Javier did his best to meet all our needs.

Stunning views

Brace yourself for a pretty lengthy read. First and foremost, let me say....the owner of this condo has been extremely hospitable. From the time we departed Tampa, FL all the way through the end of our stay. He provided us with maps to local eatery spots (which I’ll mention down below) to ensuring that we were comfortable with our stay. With that being said.... This condo yields to some gorgeous views of the waters and some gorgeous homes. The condo was very spacious. Well enough to accommodate my family of 6. This location is very secured. This property is very well maintained. Everything that you can think of (that would be needed while on vacation) is at your disposal and the owner made sure that you have access to everything. Everything and I mean everything is nearby. The owner suggested that we rent a golf cart (which is walking distance from the condo) to get around. Inexpensive rental by the way. Nearby is a restaurant (La Pescaderia) that sits near the water with some great music. Small riding distance to a couple of beaches and some absolutely stunning views. The continuous communication from the owner was genuinely appreciated. He definitely made me feel like my family belonged. Had we not booked for a separate stay in San Juan, I would have DEFINITELY extended my stay here! I think the only thing that I would recommend is that the owner leave a little journal / notebook for visitors to share with all on how they spent their times, what places to visit, etc. With that, there are some other seafood restaurants that the owner suggested as I would as well - which are: El Makito Ikokal (I believe that’s the name) Thank you to the owner and his family for extending their beautiful home to us! Definitely a place to revisit!
