Peaceful and safely

It was a great stay from reservation to checking out day. A second story townhouse with a view. Extremely comfortable bed and pillows. It has AC plus ceilings fan for total comfort.

Family visit

The location was awesome, place was clean. However general maintenance of the villa was poor. Door to the outside in small front room had a rusted out bottom frame and did not lock securely. Villa advertised having a dishwasher, it did not. It had a wine cooler in its place, not operational. Tv remote battery dead. Middle tv console door broken. Outside seating dirty and bird droppings on chairs. Front door hard to open, door sticks to frame.

We stayed in 2/2026. The negatives that need some major attention: Inside the place: BLACK MOLD, & uncorrected water damage to the ceiling, & baseboards in multiple rooms. Paint is worn. Appliances rusted. Master shower doesn’t drain (fills up when you first turn on the shower & doesn’t drain for an hour). Guest shower door doesn’t close. Corners of rooms dirty/grimy. Hair on the bed sheets. Furniture in bedroom is dirty/stained, loose & about to fall apart. Bed slides all over the floor. Soap dispenser in the master looks gross and has a random floating object. Outside: Front door very hard to open. Lights for the second floor that lights the stairs not working. Wood rot & decomposing pergola in poor repair/falling apart. Pictures to prove all of it. Most reported to management without reply. The positives: the community is absolutely beautiful & the beach stunning.
