My request for renting those dates were approved 22 February and I was on my way 24 February when I win in to get my my keys and pay for my stay, they told me it was canceled when I look it was canceled the 24th it was canceled at 1:30 leaving me with no room, but if you ask me to rate you guys for those date, it’s making me wonder to whom you rent that room certainly not to me

Check in and out procedure very "clunky"-not easy. Difficult to find office and parking. Was told to park in a certain lot for check-in and offloading bags. Could not get past that parking lot gate. The whole area is confusing to someone not familiar with Playa del Mar. Did enjoy the stay and the pool. Was not told that I needed to bring back towel cards or I would be charged for towels-had to find out from others. Too much guesswork/rules etc.
