「The view was spectacular! House had all amenities as well as some spices, and helpful travel necessities. Reasonable drive to restaurants and activities. We stayed two nights. A third to relax and enjoy the property would have been wise. 」

「We had a friend up from the lower 48 and wanted to give him the Alaskan experience, this property did not disappoint! We had a beautiful view of the mountains, glaciers and the ocean. The property was just what we were looking for」

「We were very disappointed, as it did not match the pictures. Property was unkempt and overgrown with weeds. The outhouse had cobwebs and was not very clean. The cottage was a bit rundown, and poorly supplied. There were no paper towels or tissues, and only 2 little kitchen towels and 1 washcloth, so it was difficult to maintain any decent hygiene, or even wash the dishes. If you are considering this place, bring towels and all your own supplies. 」

「A nice and quiet place. We rented the downstairs unit. Kids and I had a great time. There is also a place to have a fire and the kids roasted hot dogs on our last night and made s'mores. It is a very quiet neighborhood. The interior was very nice. Comfortable and clean place. The creek was lots of fun for us as well. The family next door had kids and we made some friends, they also had horses, and ducks and chickens and dogs and I think a goat! It's a really wonderful and quiet area.」

「Traveled to Homer several times, usually alone and stay on the spit. This time I brought family who wouldn’t have appreciated it as much. Found this little gem and we all had a grand stay! Highly recommend for all ages- thank you 😊」

We have never stayed at a place with so many condiments or with a grill that was spotless and ready to use. We hope to come back and highly recommend it to all.」
