“Hotel exceptionnel !! Mais les installations du spa n’était pas en fonction lors de notre séjour. Sauna sec et humide et le jacuzzi non ouvert. Super belle vue et restaurant délicieux.”

“The services provided were above expectations. The room was spotless, big enough, had everything we needed, and it was also decorated to feel really cozy. This accommodation was a pleasant surprise.”

“Working class town with a fortress. Great restaurants nearby. Go left then right on a 3 minute walk for great Romanian food at a good price. Ps. They had a crazy awesome massage chair in the room. The room was massive, too!”

“Rated 4 as I couldn’t do 4.5. The hotel was lovely clean and in close proximity of shops and taxis, I’d definitely recommend. Reason for not rating it 5 was physical staff presence however quick to respond by phone call or messaging so not an issue. If you are happy with self service you’d love this place. ”

“Initial contact wasn’t good. I contacted the hotel before travelling. Told them would be there at around 03:00. I was told to use intercom. It didn’t work. Apparently I should have been given a code but still wouldn’t have my key. Luckily I had family in Deva. Next morning trying to check in I was shouted at by a very rude desk lady whilst trying to explain. I had no paperwork from Expedia. So had to manually fill out forms. Got my key but took 3 days to get front door code. Breakfast was……
