“The staff is super nice and kind and helpful. The room is good but it’s located next to a night club that bumps super loud music from 9 pm to 4 am. So it’s very difficult to sleep at night. ”

“I enjoyed my stay even though it was only for a night.
I got the room on the 2nd floor, which had a little balcony and kitchen. I was quite amazed at how spacious the room was given that the building looked small from the outside.
Room was clean and water pressure is good. Bed is firm - I had a good sleep.
Well located with cafes within 5 walking distance. Old quarters is an easy 15-20 min walk away.
I would stay here again if I return to Hanoi!”

“It was horrible experience, we have no water in the room. They force us to pay before to fix it but they never do it . They don’t answer anymore from the moment they have the money. Even Ebooker can’t join them ”

“We stayed at this hotel for one night and had a great experience. The hotel is in perfect condition, with a very comfortable bed and an excellent location. The staff were extremely friendly and help, special thanks to NGOC, who assisted us with a few issues and made our stay even more pleasant. Overall, it offers great value for the money. Highly recommended.”
