“I gave this place two chances. On my first stay, they had lost my reservation, so I had to sleep on the couch in the common room (all other hotels were fully booked because of a festival). (Yes they refunded me that night but I didn’t want a refund, I wanted a bed…) I stayed here again at the end of my trip and they put me in a mixed dorm when I had booked a women’s dorm. “Hostel was located in a good part of Hanoi close to restaurants and shopping. Staff was polite and helpful. Room was alright, but dated. The bed was quite worn out and the internet was slow. Balcony was nice. ”
