The Old Dormitory, Old Hunstanton, Norfolk

The Old Dormitory will present a fabulous opportunity to stay within touching distance of the golden sands and the glorious sunsets, for which the mediaeval village has found acclaim. This unique property is truly a hybrid of a classical holiday retreat and of a beach house, where you can simply walk out of the gate and go straight onto the beach!

Stepping inside, you are greeted with the main living area, comprised of a dining area, kitchen and sitting room. The space is blessed with natural light and numerous windows, giving rise to a light airy space, where the group can relax, eat or gather for fun. The area is well-connected with the outside decked area, allowing everyone to spread out, while keeping everyone close.

The bedrooms and bathrooms are spread across the ground and first floors and include three king-size beds and one bunk room with full-size bunk beds. The bedrooms are supported by three bathrooms, ensuring that larger groups are well-catered for. Having been dressed with fine while linens, the bedrooms here are certainly not that of you typical beach retreat.

Outside, the location again comes to the fore, with the beach cafe and beach being just over the fence. The enclosed outdoor area has been prepared with dining furniture that will comfortably accommodate eight people. A gas barbecue is also supplied. There is also a rear garden that has a small area of grass and mature planting - good for a discrete sunbathe. Off road parking is also available for two cars, which is a tremendous help on the busier days in the summer.
