This property is great for large families or group getaways but please be advised that this is not a Party House. If you are looking to Host a large party, this is not the place. We expect guests to have a good time but leave the house in the condition they found it. We do not allow High school prom parties, graduation parties or any Parties.

The estate is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

House Rules:

• We partnered with Superhog’s Know Your Guest, and requires all guests to complete and must fill out our verification process before they check-in

Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.

Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification.

You will also be given the choice between paying a $500 refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable $35 damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.


• The maximum occupancy is strictly limited to 16 guests. Any booking that exceeds this number requires prior approval and may incur an additional cleaning fee.
• Primary renter to be at least 25 years old
• No Smoking
• No Vaping inside
• Weapons are strictly prohibited
• Please adhere to safety instructions for fireplaces, firepits, etc.
• Due to the risk of fire, please do not charge your electric car on the Property.
• We strictly do not allow Parties or Extra guests outside the maximum occupancy allowed on the reservation. We also ask you to follow the good neighbor guidelines and abide by quiet hours after 10PM.
• Please do not trespass on property boundaries
• Ticks, bugs, and wildlife are a regular part of Jewett, NY. Tick prevention sprays for yards are very toxic to animals and pets, so we do not use them. Please be mindful of checking yourself when spending time outside.
• Tents, yurts, and other camping equipment are prohibited
• Please read: The neighborhood is a quiet family neighborhood. Loud parties are not allowed and will result in a ($) fine. We ask that you do not play loud music past 10PM, for the sake of the neighbors and community here.
• IDs and security deposits will be requested for all confirmed reservations.
• We have the right to report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud
• You will need a car to get to the House. If you have friends/Family meeting you, they can take the Trailways bus to Windham or the train to Hudson and you can pick them up, but the house is not walkable from all public transportation.
• No Illegal Drug Use of any kind inside and outside of home
• No Pets allowed
• Please do not use white towels for makeup removal
• When using firewood indoors in the fireplace or outdoors at the firepit, please make sure to extinguish the fire safely and never leave it unattended.
• Violating house rules subjects guest(s) to a minimum $500 violation
