The staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, ie they are able to help with most queries without having to consult with supervisors or managers. The rooms are clean, spacious enough, and well appointed."
"This was a really maginificent place to stay in the heart of Morpeth. It's in a fabulous historic building. The rooms are big, the bed is comfy and there's a great guest lounge. A lovely continental breakfast is included. The owner is wonderful and very helpful.

"Great find for the location being close to wineries. Was not informed that check in was at another location off site so had to get back in car and go down the street to checking. Once there, it was easy from then on. Would recommend this spot. Pub food was pretty good. Also bar area and slot machines were convenient. "

"There was a bad sewage smell in the bathroom so we let the reception staff know and they were brilliant, moved us to another room and gave complimentary buffet breakfast for all 4 of us. Staff are so friendly and accommodating."
