“Outstanding accommodation if you don't mind a shared bathroom. That said, the bathrooms, male and female, were spacious and super clean with individual, lockable cubicles for privacy. Bedrooms are also spacious with extremely comfortable beds. Breakfast is provided and choice of continental or hot breakfast cooked to your order. “We stayed here for 3 nights, about 2 weeks and it was a completely wonderful experience from beginning to end. The staff and management team were warm, friendly and professional, and could not have done more to make us feel welcome and looked after. “The room was clean and warm, beds were comfortable with crispy clean linen, the shared bathroom was extremely clean and the shower was fantastic. The drying room and ski/board locker was more than satisfactory and on site parking was convenient also the included buffet breakfast was really nice and all staff were friendly and helpful with the owner/manager and his partner/wife being fantastic hosts. ”

“Super helpful staff went above and beyond to make our stay easy and comfortable. Being able to rent simple, reliable snow gear directly from Carinya at a very decent rate took a lot of hassle out of our trip. Room was clean and quiet and we loved the bonfire, but the unexpected gem was the restaurant where the friendly, easygoing staff fed us delicious, traditional Indian food at about half the price of what we'd pay in Canberra or Sydney. Thanks team, we'll be back!”

"It is at the Star casino which is very vibrant and convenient. Lots of restaurants nearby. Coles is right next door. Darling Harbour is 15 mins walk. Overall it is a very pleasant stay. Room is generally clean but can do a little better. It is a bit dusty and on a few occasions towels had stains. "
