"Check in process is beyond inconvenient. Never had a worse experience. If you want people to check in online then let them know ahead of time. I'm juggling luggage on the street trying to check in with your phone staff. Filling online forms, scanning ID etc just to open the hotel entrance door. That is the first and last time for me."

"Our stay was pleasant. The room was tidy, the bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. The cafe downstairs sold excellent food at very reasonable prices and the $10 continental breakfast was good value. The best thing about the hotel is the location. So close to the train and light rail, it made sightseeing so easy. The hotel is old and needs an upgrade and the smell in the lift was overpowering. However for the price, it was excellent value for money."
