"Hotel is rught next to the main train station giving you great access to the city. Rooms were well kepted and clean. Had all the bathroom amenities and also a kettle providing tea and coffee. Great choose of options available at breakfast. "

"Whilst room and bed was fine and had obviously had a refurbish. The bathroom was terrible . The shower recess had mould to the tiled area and some black mould at floor corners. The hand basin had been broken and roughly repaired with silicone There was rust at both sides of bathroom door at floor level and rust stains to tiles. The area under the hand basin had buildup of soap and scum where tiles met the floor for approx 1.5 metres. All in all disappointing and not up to the standard of other Novatel Hotels we have stayed at."
