“Room was fine, but lacking in a few items. Things like the dish sponge weren’t new or clean. I had to wash all of the dishes as a few had leftover food on them. No basics like salt and pepper, shampoo or conditioner etc. Not enough towels for the length of our stay.
Pool was lovely and had a great view.
Check-in was a bit inconvenient and confusing, but this was mainly because the email from the property went to my spam inbox, so I wasn’t aware I had to give them prior notice of my arrival……

“Good location to Light Rail, easy walk to Darling Harbour and walkable to Sydney Centre shopping area. Quiet unit but little privacy - can see into adjoining properties and vice versa (which didn't bother us as we were out most of the time). Has everything provided for a comfortable stay but getting 'tired'. Kitchen cupboards not good for shorter people! Bill, the host, was extremely good at communicating and very approachable. Check in lock box was tricky to find and weathering made it quite……

“The apartment is well equipped and has all it needs for a family getaway (e.g. cooking utensil, oven, seasoning, fridge and so so). Good lighting and generally clean. The air-conditioner is on upstairs only and if it's a hot day, sitting downstairs doesn't feel any cool stream. Besides, the apartment is located right next to the street level, noise from the passers-by or cars and next door neighbors can be easily heard. The host is responsive to enquiries”

“Location was great. Only a 5 minute walk to Cockle Bay and ICC Sydney. Nice little coffee shop and an IGA located about 20m from entrance to apartments.
Apartment was clean and tidy, plenty of space and nice little kitchen. Bathroom would look nicer if it received a deep clean as it was a little dirty.
There was a party on the top floor and due to it not being apart of the Urban rest group they could not contact the renter.
Also of note, the lift opens directly into the apartment which is……
