Had a fantastic stay and particularly enjoyed the beautiful large bedroom and modern bathroom, the cosy living space and proximity to local shops and eateries.Everything was spotlessly clean and communication with hosts when we couldn’t work out the wifi password was good.Great little dog-friendly place with a small park across the road for the dog to do its business.

Perfect place to stay!

We had a great time staying at this VRBO. The proximity to downtown is very nice, and there’s many lovely coffee shops and restaurants nearby. It was clean, beautiful, and the owner was very responsive to messages. Definitely recommend!

Great place to stay for a longish period of time

The Studio was great for its purpose, my partner and i needed a place to stay for a month in Sydney that was affordable, well connected and fully equipped. The Studio did the job, the flat itself is really good and the area is super functional.

First impression of the apartment clean, and everything you needed for a home from home holiday location near Bus route, good train connections supermarket nearby lots of places to eat and bars. Would definitely stay there again.

Really great value for money at this split level apartment stay. Comfy, more spacious than a hotel, conveniently located, great shower and nice bed. We even found an extension cord to plug in a heater next to where we were working downstairs.One small thing was the TV in the bedroom didn’t work, which was a small disappointment.Will definitely stay again.

Loved our stay at Waterloo. Unit was close to everything, such as public transport, supermarket and restaurants. Parking was very close by and free. Has everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Fabulous loft

The loft is compact but has more than enough space for 3 or 4 people. It is clean and comfortable with everything you could need during your stay. I highly recommend.

This space is funky, and very well appointed with quality appliances. The location is perfect for public transport in all directions. My only comments are the noise level and temperature downstairs if you're using the sofa bed. The a/c is upstairs and not effective downstairs, and whilst opening the window helped cool the room down, it is a busy suburb and you will hear the noise of people walking, riding & driving past. A pedestal fan is provided & is likely a better option. The host was very responsive and accommodating.

It was clean and comfortable. Close to a bus route. Well equipped kitchen. There was plenty of tea and coffee makings but no milk. I would have liked a cup of tea when I arrived. A small long life milk in the fridge would be nice.

A fantastic property

We had a wonderful time staying at 'The Studio at Waterloo'. It is exactly as it was presented in the photos. Parking was also 'no problem'. We were always able to park out the front. It is also in an excellent location, close to the city, and Coles and Aldi are nearby. I highly recommend it. Thanks so much!
