"Facility was clean and well taken care of. You will not be disappointed."

"Many problems with this listing, first the fire alarm was low on battery, I had to physically climb to reach the smoke detector to detach and remove the battery, a sharp beeping noise went off every 90 seconds and we wouldn’t have been able to sleep without stopping it. There were no spare batteries to change. There were spiders everywhere. My friend used the shower and saw 11 of them moving around the ceiling. They were in the main bed and on the counter and sink as well. The tenant was nice enough to leave complimentary drinks ( vitamin water) but they had an expiration date year of 2023. They have a sauna that was featured in the listing but was extremely hard to find so we didn’t use it. We tried reaching out about the smoke detector the night of our arrival but didn’t get a response until the next morning. When I expressed these concerns to the tenant they apologized and said thanks we’ll make it better for the next guest, not addressing our frustration at all. Property was difficult to find and was nestled in between two abandoned looking buildings that were being used for hoarding, did not feel very safe. "

"The house was very clean with an open concept. Kitchen and living room. The beds were very comfortable as well. the bathrooms were spacious with waterfall showers and enough room for a larger person. The outside porch overlooked a small brook that had tranquil water sounds. All appliances worked how they should with no trouble. The only negative thing i spotted was the tall grass and leaves in the yard made it harder for my small dog to roam around. The couch didn't match the one in the pictures and didn't have a tall back so someone on the tall side cant rest property without laying down. I would definitely come back and stay here again as it's close enough to town and attractions"

"My friends and I had a fantastic stay at this property! The place was clean, well-equipped, and super comfortable with an impressive, open-plan living room/dining room/kitchen. The location was perfect for hikes during the day and a fire pit at night plus there’s a game room in the basement set up for people who want to relax inside. Thankfully, the bedrooms weren’t disturbed by people who wanted to stay up late either. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a great, secluded getaway!"

"The cabin was charming, the kitchen was stocked with tools for cooking, and the wood fired hot tub was magical. It's a perfect place for families or a couple who are looking for a Catskills getaway or are skiing in the area. Would definitely come back."
