“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay- it is a lovely cabin”

“Cabin G was very nice and clean when we arrived. Property is very nice too. Everybody that works here is very friendly. My only suggestions would be as follows, but none of these would stop us from staying again. Some picnic tables near the cabins would be nice since there is no table to sit and eat in the cabin, just a small counter/island with two stools. Also, we know the cabins were recently refurbished, but there is literally no hooks, closets, clothes rods, dressers, etc to hang or store……

“We spent the long Memorial Day weekend at High Rocks Cabin. This was our first trip to Sullivan County. We really could not have chosen a greater location for our stay. It was central to each place we planned to go hiking/sight-seeing. Perfectly quiet and peaceful. A true gem in the mountains! Thank you for sharing your beautiful property!”

“We had an amazing time. Close to hiking and outdoor attractions. Fishing was awesome and our dogs loved the creek!”

“Our extended family celebrated grandpa’s 70th birthday with a group of 12 ages 3 to 70. We all had a great time! The house was perfect with room for everyone. The indoor pool and hot tub were ready for us when we got there. They were a huge hit. There are plenty of pool toys available. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need for a large group. We brought precooked dinners with us. There are also two gas grills outside. The house is in a remote location, but there is an IGA 10……

“The power went out due to high winds. That was sure not the host's fault. It was restored in several hours. The local was ideal for our business, although the local parking is a little tuff.”

“We try to get to Eagles Mere every fall. This rental was perfect for an extended family gathering of 10 people. Plenty of beds for everyone, an incredibly well-stocked kitchen, and the owners were most gracious and accommodating - they even brought us apples. Delightful people! 😁”

“Did not know where to check in or check out. This is the only complaint. Did not see any vehicle to indicate office check in.”

“We visited my son, a Lycoming student, for his birthday and had a great, relaxing time. We took a ride to a really cool record store, sat around a campfire and enjoyed family time. The dogs loved running around in the yard and taking walks. Looking forward to visiting again. The cabin was amazing, comfortable and cozy.”

“We did not even get to stay and had to book a hotel at 10pm because the host never responded or gave any instruction on getting in. Host could not be reached by Vrbo helpline.”

“Overall the house was very clean. Location was great with restaurants nearby. I did have a minor issue with trash disposal, but when I contacted the property manager she was quick to respond! Only nitpick is that the listing shows a table and chairs on the deck but those aren't at the house. There was a table in the mudroom (we didn't use it). We brought our own chairs to sit outside so it didn't effect our stay at all- just wanted to note for future guests. Overall, would recommend!”
