"This property was great for our family. We were in town for a tournament at Marshall, and the location was very convenient. Having space for our dog in the rear fenced yard was very much appreciated. The house itself was very clean and spacious, and our favorite part was the front porch!"

"Did not use gym enjoyed bar and snack bar parking wasn’t the best but it’s downtown so. Expected more from room scrapes and dings in walls along with empty shampoos and conditioners and door was iffy "

"Staff was hardworking, seemingly new, and overwhelmed slightly with grumpy customers over building related issues beyond their control.(the elevator was not functioning) Got to the room had a hard time setting up the television to work. It was set to HDMI 2 and rhe HDMI cable was running out of the television but seemingly didnt have anything to plug into. One of the staff was helpful and came up to the room resolving tbe problem in short order. The buiding seemed older. Slept well. Seemed a little off kilter. But wasn't bad. "

"This place was horrible! When we got our room it was filthy! Like it hadn’t been swept in months! They were kind enough to give me dustpan and broom! No towels whatsoever in the room so had to go back and ask for those. Some lamps didn’t work at all and some needed light bulbs. Went back and asked for some never did get any! Hair dryer didn’t work. Holes in walls, ac/heater cracked and very noisy. Had to mess with plug and outlet to get it to work at all. Wall paper peeling off walls. Wanted to check out a day early was told that I couldn’t because I booked through hotel.com. Contacted them and they called the hotel and the hotel refused to refund my day. They told me that it was the third party who wouldn’t allow it but would contact upper management. I am sure I will never hear from “upper management” or get a refund. Oh and their breakfast that is served daily is not what’s in the pictures you can choose cold cereal, nutrigrain bar, or oatmeal cream pie. No toast, no fresh fruit, no waffles! Asked why it wasn’t like in the pictures and was told Covid changed all of that. Do not recommend staying here!!!"

"Our room was clean. Staff was helpful. We didn’t use the pool or eat the breakfast that was provided. Close to some fast food options and a couple restaurants."
