Great quiet and clean with comfortable bed. The only problem was the hot tub wasn’t working and it’s the reason I booked there. But they were working on fixing it. Just call ahead if you plan to book here to see when hot tub is repaired.

The staff was great! Very friendly and helpful. Bathroom needs an upgrade; not a lot of room to put toiletries. No curtains in room to keep out morning sun. There was privacy but too bright in the morning. Bathroom could have been a little more cleaner but rest of room looked good.

I've stayed here a few times, usually a night but this was a weekend stay and just as my one night stays I'm pleased. The lobby is always clean and nice, there's fresh lemon iced water as you come in,the ladies at the desk are welcoming and quick to get you to your room. My room is always clean, bed comfy and smells nice. The pool is quite warm and the hot tub lovely. The morning breakfast is plenty of variety.

The carpet had a large worn patch. The toilet paper holder had fallen off the wall but not reattached. The fixtures were covered with rust. Employees gathered outside our window to talk and smoke. The door to the stairwell would loudly bang shut instead of gently closing. And a sheet of plywood would have been more comfortable than the so called mattress on the bed.

It was a nice clean hotel we stayed 2 nights in a king bed and came with a couch and the room was HUGE, which was nice. Pool was clean wish hot tub was a little hotter, it was okay and had jets that worked. However the breakfast was not great minimal options for one but the quality of food was meh. We ate a little but decided on breakfast elsewhere. Also ice machine is only on level one so had to go down very time I needed ice but staff was great and easy going every time I saw them.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room and bathroom was clean. Beds are comfortable. The breakfast is nothing to write home about but the kitchen area was clean and very organized. The pool and hot tub was perfect. I definitely recommend this hotel. If I am ever in the area it's where I will stay. For the price you can not beat it

I accidentally left my prescription medicine in the room at checkout. Within a short time Susan called my phone and left a voicemail message about this. Fortunately, due to her quick actions we were still nearby and were easily able to return and get the meds. Thanks to the staff and Susan especially.
