"Friendly staff at front desk & kitchen. Clean, comfortable bed. Needs renovation. Old stained carpet in room. No coffee at breakfast. Machine empty and broken."

"The Hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was exceptional. The interior of the Hotel was neat and clean as a pin. The only thing that fell short was the exterior of the building. It desperately needs a coat of paint and freshening up. The landscaping was horrific and looked like an abandoned building from the exterior. I expected much better street appeal from Marriot. Other than that my week-long stay was awesome."

"READ IN ENTIRETY! House was wonderful. It had a beautiful front porch for evenings. It had plenty of rooms for the family. Bedrooms were spacious. TV in every room just about. Bathrooms were updated. Kitchen was very modern and well stocked. Parking was plentiful. Host responded quickly BUT failed to resolve issue of cleaning. Two bedrooms and one bathroom were missed in cleaning process. An apology was issued stating they did a deep through cleaning and option for full refund to find other dwelling while there. No option to get maid service to fix problem or refund cleaning fee. We loved the house BUT I HAD TO CLEAN THESE ROOMS. WASH LINENS FOR BEDS. SCRUB SHOWER, TOLIET, AND SINK PLUS MOP FLOOR. I might stay again if upon arrival I found 100% of house as it should be. Makeup on pillow case, Apple Watch, leather belt on floor by bed. Kids toys on dresser and on floor, things under vanity in bathroom."
