I paid to check in early, but upon arrival was told early meant 1 PM and I was there at 11:30 AM . After some conversation, the sweet lady at the desk, Al me to go ahead and move in. At 12:30 I notified the desk that I had no toilet paper, no towels, no soap, and there was a hole in the wall which I did not make. When I returned at 7 PM I still had none of the above. I called the front desk and was told I could come down and pick up toilet paper. While I am 77 years young, my room is on the third floor, the elevator is broken, I chose just to use what available Kleenexes I had with me in the bathroom and for no shower. There was a night side clock with no batteries or plug-in cords, there were two TV remotes, neither of which operated the television, and my bedsheets had small black hairs all over them. With a very long drive ahead, I tried to check out at 6 AM the next morning and could reach no one connected to the hotel to help me do so . I was finally able to get permission to leave the key in the room from Expedia with whom I had booked the room. I am still trying to get my $70 deposit returned and would wish this stay on no one.

We loved that our family could stay together instead of reserving multiple hotel rooms. So convenient to The Bog (the wedding venue) and Port Washington (the rehearsal dinner venue). The mattresses were solid and we appreciated the room darkening shades but plenty of natural light during the day, plenty of towels for each bedroom, hanging space for clothes and a luggage rack in each bedroom. We used the mini iron & hairdryer-thank you for having those available! We honestly didn’t spend a lot of time at the property but it’s really cute with outdoor spaces to sit and relax. For feeling like we were “in the middle of nowhere”, we were perfectly situated close to where we needed to be!

Property is in bad shape.. saw a syringe on the groundlots of seedy people screaming and yelling. There's dogs barking all night and the first room was nasty and flooded the second they put me in was some how nastier I stayed one night and checked out early

The property seemed to have decent reviews but upon arrival there were bags of trash all over the place outside. Beer bottles and loads of people’s personal laundry scattered outside. There were also many people out back yelling and doing deals. The inside was dirty, smelled of weed, and didn’t even have a blanket. The tv was broken and to top it off they charged an extra 70 dollar deposit on our credit card until we checked out.

For an extended stay, this on did not have any towels at all. Fortunately I had already brought my own, but if I hadn't, I would have had to go buy my own. There were no pots, pans, plates, bowls, glasses, silverware, anything. I will never stay at this motel again.

Stay very far away from this place. Seems like a lot of transients live here. Garbage EVERYWHERE, dirty. My room had piss on the floor in the bathroom -- it was not properly cleaned. The front desk isn't staffed 24/7. Key card to the room went bad, despite taking extra care to keep it away from everything electric or with magnetic fields. Front desk doesn't answer away number all the time when away from desk. To get a towel or washrag, you have to pay a deposit first at the front office, and you get your money back when you are done with them. That's how bad this place is. Neighborhood seemed ok, but it felt like an isolated block of ghetto. You also have to pay an extra $70 deposit, from which $68 gets refunded they told me five days later. Too many surprises, I should have booked somewhere else and paid a little more.

At check in time I had to wait at least 2hrs or so to get my room ready and machine was booting up. The sink in bathroom was broken at the handle. My second night there the smoke detector went off earlier hours in the morning around 1 or 2:00 waking me up from a long deep sleep. And my room was on the 3rd floor after working 12hr shift I really didn't want to walk up the stairs because the elevator was not working.

I had a reservation made 48 hours in advance. After driving 12 hours on the road all day, alone, I was exhausted. For someone reason the address wasn't pulling up on GPS, called the hotel and asked if the clerk could help guide me to the hotel. He got rude, cussed me out and hung up. This place is unhealthy. It is worse than you could ever imagine. I have never seen a functioning business that is so nasty. The health department would condemn this place if they opened the door and smelled the urine soaked carpets. The staff would not help in any manner. Please do not consider this rat hole.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Place is a run down dump. People working there seem clueless. Didn’t even have room keys available upon check in. Room was dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke. Bathroom didn’t have a shower curtain nor any hot water. They’ve yet to refund my deposit. Stay away from this dump!

I arrived at the property at 3:30 PM on Monday, where the rules were laid out clearly. I was warned that if I was caught smoking in my room, there would be a $250 cleaning fee due immediately, or I would be asked to leave. After hearing all the rules, I made my way to Room 214. As soon as I opened the door, I was hit by a strong stench of cigarette smoke. Disgusted, I turned around and found the staff outside, speaking with another guest. I immediately voiced my complaint, but their response seemed dismissive, as if they intended to overlook any penalties for the odor. As a non-smoker, I couldn’t tolerate it, so I was reassigned to Room 233. Upon entering Room 233, I noticed it also had a faint smell of smoke—lighter than the first room, but still unpleasant. The bed was made, and the air conditioning worked, which was a relief since I was exhausted. However, upon closer inspection, the condition of the room was appalling. I found dingy towels, one set lying on the bathroom counter with a with a few assorted toiletries, and the floors hadn’t been mopped. The refrigerator was filthy, with ash on a shelve and two dead unfamiliar bugs on top refrigerator shelf and one fly at the bottom. There were also remnants of spilled drinks that hadn’t been cleaned up. Despite the abysmal state of the room, I was too tired to complain further. This location must do better.
