“Pool was closed for repair, broken gym equipment under stairs, ice machine broken, trash cans in room stained inside. Contintal breakfast was poor presentation. Carpets in hallways dingy. Bed was comfortable ”

“The room was not checked properly for guest use. Several things were missing: no blanket for the bed, no facial tissue. Shower head was not working. I was unable to take a shower. Uncleaned towels with hairs attached. A coffee maker was ffilled with a dirty water which seemed it was never washed for a long time. ”
