“A beautiful property - remote but with all the creature comforts needed for a rejuvenating stay. Interestingly, I got excellent 4G reception with Optus at the property - not that I needed (or necessarily wanted!) it!”

“Got given a completely different cabin. Checked out a day early as the Clifftop cabin smelt mouldy and the kitchen did not have all the things we needed. No microwave, no toaster, no grater, no milk in fridge, no ice in freezer. there was minimal wildlife up around it. ”

“Remote location. Nearest village is cygnet which is about 13min drive away. Larger town Huonville is 30 min drive. We choose this location to chase the aurora and it did not disappoint. Absolutely wonderful cabin. Equipped with everything you need. Extremely comfortable, quiet and picturesque.”

“This was a great stay between Strahan and Hobart and close to the Mt Field National Park, where we did Russell and Horseshoe falls. The accomodation was clean and very comfortable. It was great to look over the fields where the alpacas lived to the mountains. The accommodation had everything we needed to be comfortable and we were instructed on what was available food wise before we came, as there are not many options once you get to Maydena. Highly recommend this place to stay.”

“Very quiet and serene. Looks and feels like newly renovated. Very clean and pleasant. Close to a scenic drive to the southern tip of the island. Though it is about 20 minutes drive from the nearest restaurant. But you can always cook. Very nice experience especially for city folks.”
