"Room was clean and tidy. Staff was very helpful i need a second room and was able to accommodate me with one. Breakfast had a variety of food to choose from. Parking was good and driveway was in good condition. Would have liked to have had something to put my clothes in or on other than the bed or a chair."

"I know this is a new place. Working with the hotel is a huge plus. As with any new place there were a couple of issues. Nothing to break staying there. We really like it. Was perfect for our group. Will absolutely stay there again next time if available!"

"Great building for our family reunion. We had 5 families that ranged from 1 to over 70. Everyone had a great time. Plenty of space to play and to get away from family members. Plenty of outdoor games provided. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment and utensils for all. Plenty of indoor seating. We didn’t need a TV but there is no TV. Wi-Fi worked great. Not too far from Kirksville to be able to visit the city swimming pool, Walmart, or any other quick food options. House was very clean."
