The suite offers you a fantastic sea view and was furnished by us with attention to detail. It is designed to provide guests, long-term vacationers or water sports enthusiasts with a relaxing and unforgettable stay. The allowed number of persons is 4 persons. Other occupancy (eg 4 adults + 2 children) may be possible after consultation. The suite has everything you need for a vacation or a long-term stay. The suite also offers you a water filter system in the kitchen. This allows you to brush your teeth or wash fruits and vegetables without any problems. A 55-inch Ultra HD TV from Samsung with various streaming providers also ensures comfort and well-being. We provide you with free access to Netflix. However, if you have any requests or complaints, do not hesitate to contact us. If you wish, we can also provide you with an inexpensive room service, which will be customized according to your needs. Please note that there is currently a construction site at the entrance of the resort. This will not interfere with your stay. For stays of 3 nights or more, each booking includes a free airport transfer. We can also provide you with a private shuttle service upon request. Please also keep in mind that this accommodation has complimentary beach and pool access. Guests who book accommodations without beach access (usually cheaper) often have higher vacation costs if they want to use these amenities extra.
There is no additional cost for electricity and water. Only guests who book the accommodation for 4 weeks or longer have to pay for their own electricity and water consumption. The prices for this are moderate and currently range between 20-30 EUR / month.
WLAN: The costs for data consumption are absolutely inexpensive and the calculation is simple. 1 GB = 5 EGP (currently 0.15 EUR), 10 GB = 50 EGP (currently 1.50 EUR), 100 GB = 500 EGP (currently 15 EUR).
For binational couples (one partner has Egyptian citizenship) an Orfi contract is sufficient to rent the apartment.
