Private Parking at the hotel/ large courtyard with pool and entertainment. Available the whole apartment. Bed linen, towels in the room.

Grauenvoll .Nie mehr. Verdreckten Sachen, dreckig Handtücher, kein Toilettenpapier Schmutz überall in jeder Ecke kaputten Möbel. Überall Flecken, Schmutz kein WLAN Elektrokabel raus stehend aus dem Wand verschmutze Küche dreckige Dusche ,tropfende Wasser

Appartement nicht sauber, Rest ok

Leider wurde uns das Appartement sehr unsauber übergeben u das obwohl bei Vermietung eine Reinigungspauschale gezahlt wird! Reinigungsgeräte defekt und zum Teil gar nicht vorhanden! Im Bad defekte Decke, die herabhing, alles war sehr schmutzig u Vögel im Zwischenraum der Decke und Gebäudekonstruktion. Fernseher wenig Programme u nur funktionsfähig im Wohnzimmer-Anschluss im Schlafzimmer nicht in Funktion. Wasserkocher defekt, aber ersetzt worden auf Nachfrage. Größe Appartement sehr angenehm. Öffnungszeiten der Ansprechpartner für Wasser-,Elektrizitätkarten Aufladung (Office) sehr unangemessen gestaltet.

There is no beach

It was very confusing to “check in” Mahmoud was great. But if I had not reached out I’d have no clue what to do who to contact where to go. There was no beach which was the biggest thing for me, and no response when I inquired about that. Also my biggest expense of my trip was utilities. You have to pay fir those and to recharge the card it’s only open certain days and times. The apartment itself was fine. The pool was fine, even if they closed it at 6pm. But communication and the lack of beach and the utilities were not ok with me.
