The space
Enjoy a relaxing stay in this first-line studio with direct access to a private beach and a sea-view balcony. The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable getaway, featuring a double bed, a sofa, coffee tables, a wardrobe, and a TV. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided.

On the balcony, you have access to a table with two chairs, as well as a clothes dryer, with a sea view. Enjoy your meals, coffee, or just sitting outside.

The kitchen has everything you need, including a cooker, a microwave, a large fridge freezer, a kettle, and all essential cookware and tableware.

A washing machine is also available for your convenience.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning for a comfortable stay.

Step outside to the fantastic beach, where free beach chairs, umbrellas, windbreakers, and towels await.

Guest access
Well-appointed territory with its own beach, with a comfortable sandy entrance to the sea, sun loungers, sun umbrellas, armchair swings and a small cafe. There are lifts in all entrances. In the entrance group there is a lounge with soft furniture and a reception desk. The complex is guarded 24 hours a day. Next to the complex is a free car park. There is a small shop in the complex.

Other things to note
IMPORTANT: For short-term stays, electricity costs included as 250 EGP per week (about 5 usd) which is enough for average consumption. Anything above this will be charged to the guest. The reason is that electricity charges in Egypt are progressive and if you use AC 24/7, it might end up being very expensive. For stays longer than 28 days, electricity in not included in the price.

WiFi is available in the apartment and is free for stays of less than 28 days. For longer stays as there is a significan discount on the total price, as per guests wishes we can charge WiFi separately, or remove WiFi from the apartment for guest to use their own internet.

Airport transfers can be arranged as needed. We strongly encourage guests to book airport transfers in advance, as both taxis and ride-sharing apps are charging exorbitant prices for airport rides. (Even if the app shows a low costs, the drivers only come if you commit to pay them significantly more, and cancel the rides otherwise. I am speaking from my own experience).

The apartment is non-smoking, 200 usd as cleaning fees will be charged to the guest if smoke is detected inside the apartment. If smoking on the balcony, please close the door to the room to avoid smoke detection in the room.

There is a small shop in the Fiesta Beach Resort, where you can buy water and some essentials. There are plenty of other shops towards the main road, and lots of friendly staff and guests who can help you with your questions about nearby infrastructure.
