We loved the property and staff was very friendly. But the shower in our executive room with private pool was so clogged - it flooded the entire room . It seems it wasn’t cleaned or fixed for a long time before us. Also food in restaurants with à la carte menu was not very good. Avocado salad was not edible, for example. But overall, we had a pleasant stay and staff was lovely.

不滿：職員與服務
The hotel was disappointing and did not justify its price. Check-in was poorly handled, with staff assigning the wrong room, overlooking my requests for twin beds, and attempting to give me a partial sea-view room instead of the full sea-view room I booked. After waiting another 15 minutes, staff showed little concern or willingness to resolve the issue. I also observed what appeared to be discriminatory treatment, with European guests consistently receiving better service than non-European guests throughout my stay. For an all-inclusive resort, the policies were frustrating. The minibar and coffee pods were not included, and guests staying fewer than five days could book only one à la carte dinner. The food was average, the desserts were terrible, and the Chinese restaurant upset my stomach. Entertainment was repetitive and boring, with virtually nothing to do at night. The Wi-Fi was awful, extremely weak and constantly disconnecting. Pool service was good, but beach service needed improvement, and lifeguards did little to stop children running unsafely around the pool. The guest relations manager was also ineffective. On the positive side, the hotel was very clean, housekeeping was excellent, and the main restaurant staff were friendly, especially Amr, our waiter. Overall, poor service, disappointing food, limited entertainment, and terrible Wi-Fi made this resort not worth the money. I regret choosing it and would stay elsewhere next time.
