The unit was excellent. Clean (amazingly for a pet-friendly unit) and well equipped with everything we needed and then some. Firstly, I was pleased to see pool towels provided. Note that the 4th (twin) bed is actually a mattress pad. This worked fine for a young kiddo but and
We had plenty of room here in the 1 bedroom! We are at the point where we now need to bedrooms for our family of 5, but the fold out couch and twin sleeping pads were perfect! 2slept on the couch and we doubled the twim to make it more comfy. The recreation area was just what our 7, 10, and 11 year old kids needed after a looong day hiking. This was their favorite stay in our week long vacation. We will come back and stay here for sure. I forgot to do the pre-check in so that was frustrating on my side but i called and they had us checked in within minutes.
There were 3 of us total. It was great for our group size. It's really clean. The air conditioning worked really well. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was so organized and labeled. It was awesome to be able to do laundry with provided detergent. The gym is decent and was empty when we used it. The swimming pools are fun to use. Overall a nice place to stay.

Devil is in the details
We were not sent the check in information until we placed a phone call to get them. We were in the complex when the call was made and we were told how to enter on the phone. Very inconvenient. Upon arrival we noticed that many tiles in the kitchen were severely cracked to the point that walking in there barefoot may give you a cut. Also, the air freshener used was so strong that it gave up headaches until we unplugged it. The worst part about it for us was the continuous noise from the Highway 15 traffic. It was not peaceful and is very loud inside of the property. The blinds in the window also don't close all the way and light and banging from the a/c turning off are another issue. The location is wonderful for what we planned. The kitchen is well equipped. NOTE to property manager. Please add in your listing description what type of coffee machine is there. People need to know whether to bring pods or grounds. Just saying. Hope this helps future stays for other people. We would not return to this unit.
We love this property. It's the second time we have stayed here. We like how easy it is to access I-15 to go to St George and Hurricane. The rooms were clean and inviting. The only thing I would suggest is having a full length mirror somewhere in the home.

We had a relaxing time at this condo. It was pretty private, well maintained, and only 30 mins to Zions. I especially liked the easy access to the back door from parking and the water pressure of the shower. Plenty of room for a family of 3.
Property was well kept, yet could use a few upgrades. (Coffee maker, bed, mattress) In my opinion,Poster bed and mattress should be replaced as it was difficult to get up to using the steps, and mattress offered poor support for a senior. Handrails in bathroom were appreciated.
Overall everything we needed, and location. The condo has a full kitchen with everything. Grill outside but is tricky to ignite. The outdoor fireplace perfect but I do recommend extra chairs outside. The patio set only had two, we're a family of 3. So we used the stool from inside. Facility does have a gym but needs a ceiling fan. Theres both indoor and outdoor pools. The customers service was great speaking with the representatives before and during our stay.
I texted because the kitchen was full of ants. Someone came to spray but even after cleaning the kitchen completely we still continually found ants no matter how careful we were. My husband and I both got several bites trying to manage the mess and I had to go buy antihistamine cream.
The unit is full of ants, damaged items (huge cracks in the floor, most of the blinds are broken, multiple light switches are cracked, the toilet clogs if you put more than two squares of toilet paper in it) and was not advertised accurately on the website (I would never have booked a lower unit in an apartment complex. The noise above us at night is awful!) Plus there is NO cell service, which was not disclosed on the listing either. WiFi is not a replacement for a phone. We found a toothbrush in our bed, on top of everything else, and many of the dishes in the cupboards were dirty.
The listing also claims this unit is ADA accessible, which I don’t believe it is. The shower is not a roll in, the bed is ridiculously tall, and the bedroom is far too cramped for a wheelchair. It also claimed there was a twin bed, but it’s really just a sleeping pad and there’s nowhere to put it but the middle of the living room.
I am extremely disappointed by this property. I emailed my concerns over 24 hours ago and have not had a response yet other than them asking for our reservation number which I sent and we still haven’t heard back.

The location of this property is great for visiting Zion, whether you want to check out Kolob Canyons or the main area of the park.
There is a Walmart 5 miles down the road towards the park, and a bit further east is everything you would need, all between the condo and Zion. The South entrance of Zion is a 35 minute drive, and the Northwest entrance of Zion is about 25 minutes.
There are a many great places to eat and drink nearby. The Koral Kafe is 2 blocks from the condo... Great food and full bar. The local people are really friendly, met up with a few local cowboys that were fun to visit with. Also went over to the Stagecoach Grill and the food and atmosphere there were good.
The condo has EVERYTHING you need for a comfortable stay. Pool towels, comfortable bedding, full kitchen and laundry with everything you need to function, grill on the patio. It feels like you're going to your own place, and no skimping on the quality or provisions.
We had hoped to get somewhere really close to the South Entrance of Zion, and after our family of 5 experienced staying at the Coral Springs location, we would prefer this property even if the price was the same. Definitely recommend to any families looking for a nice place with a pool and relaxation, along with good access to Zion National Park.
