Private, spacious, fenced luxury near Zion Nat'l Park and Sand Hollow Reservoir

Lovely 3 bedroom home near Sand Hollow Reservoir with a private fenced yard. Ride your ATV from our home directly to Sand Hollow. Room to park your trailer in front of the house. Lots of space to explore and hike nearby. Dixie Springs is a destination spot for ATV riders, golfers, boaters or sports enthusiasts. Stand alone home with elegant kitchen and furnishings, big master bath with walk in that can sleep two, walk in shower, jacuzzi tub, pack n play. The third plush king bed is in newly enclose private bedroom. The living room has large sectional recliner sofa for visiting or entertainment, 40" flatscreen, sound bar with Roku, tall walk out double doors to the back porch. The large flat screen entertainment in the master suite plays Netflix or Amazon Prime, Small DVD players in guest bedrooms as well.

This floor plan is all one level with a spacious kitchen, granite counter tops, large bar, dining table for 6, courtyard, skylight, walk out porch, entrance water feature and fire-pits. The home is near a public park and is a walk away from Sand Hollow and ATV trails, golf, minutes from shopping and restaurants in Hurricane, 30 min to Zions and 10 min to St. George.

Shopping, dinning and entertainment near by as well as Sand Hollow golf course.

Absolutely gorgeous home!! Pictures do not do justice to the interior; it’s open, spacious and airy and beautifully decorated!! You feel like you’re entering an Italian Villa. Hosts were very welcoming and communicative via text. We are planning on booking again at this location on our next trip out West. Amenities were well laid out; lots of things for kids to play with, lots of books in case you didn’t bring one. Very easy to find and in a lovely neighborhood. We felt very fortunate to have found this place on VRBO.

The house was perfect for us as we were wheeling at Ssnd Hollow State Park. We didn't have to air up eaxh day. The house is in a quiet neighborhood which was nice as we could sit outside in the evenings.

Quiet and Peaceful House

We loved staying here. Lots of room for us and the kids. Big kitchen. Best part was how quiet the neighborhood is. We slept so well. Wish there was a neighborhood pool, but there are pickleball courts and a splash pad at the park nearby.

Great home in Hurricane

We had a great time at this home. We loved how close it was to Zion National Park and St George. We were right in between both which made it easy to enjoy both. The home was spacious. The beds were comfortable. The home was clean and we would recommend you stay there as well.

Great house at a great price!

Loved the location. Very close to the trails. House is spacious and clean. Driveway is well sized. The only reasons I am not leaving 5 stars are two items. 1. The garage was full with a boat and car. In the listing it shows the garage as one of the amenities. I always choose houses with garages so we can park our vehicles in there at night and not have to worry about unloading them. Not being able to use the garage would have been a deal breaker and I would have chosen another house if I had known it would be full. 2. The mattress in the main bedroom was very squeaky. I even found myself breathing shallow so I wouldn’t hear the springs making noise. Other than those items, I do feel the house was well priced and a good value.

Could Use Some TLC

The great news about this place is that the property owners are great at responding, the mattresses are nice and comfortable, the place is HUGE, and the neighborhood feels safe. The not-so-good news was that the condo wasn't cleaned when we got there. However, the owners gave us money back to make up for the time we spent cleaning. The whole place needs to be decluttered to make it more kid-friendly and clean-looking. My kids are 12 and over so I wasn't worried about them breaking things, but if they were younger, I would have been worried the entire time.

Hurricane Happy!

We used Hurricane as a base for day trips to Zion and Bryce. Sand Hollow side-by-side experience was such fun! This house is spacious- huge entertainment spaces inside and out. Wonderful primary bedroom/bathroom. The neighborhood is being built up around the home so views are not as great as shown in pics, but it is still lovely.
